MANE Policies

Before your appointment

  • After your appointment is booked you will receive a text or email confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation your appointment is not booked. In this rare case, please call the salon.

  • Please read and sign the digital policies form prior to your appointment.

  • Please provide us with 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or make any changes to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

  • In the event that you have to cancel day of, forget about your appointment or late arrival results in an inability to complete the reserved services, MANE enforces a 100% cancellation fee.

  • You may be required to provide a deposit for select services.

  • Please call the salon if you wish to book a consultation, this service cannot be booked online.

During your appointment

  • This is you time! The salon is exclusively reserved for clients with appointments. MANE does not allow children, pets or friends that do not have appointments in the salon.

  • Service animals are always welcome, we do not however, allow emotional support animals. MANE reserves the right to refuse entry to any service animal that poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others.

After your appointment

  • All services at MANE are non refundable, we will be happy to make any necessary adjustments up to 5 business days after your original appointment.
